Located on the 2nd floor, this very bright apartment, refurbished in 2016, is located in a small private building. Tenants can take advantage of shared spaces, barbecue, garden, children's games, garden furniture to make the most of their stay. A shared laundromat with washing machine and dryer is also available free of charge. Located around 20 minutes walk to the seafront, you can do everything on foot / the markets of Berck beach and Berck city are very close. A parking space will be reserved for you on the property. Your four-legged friends are welcome.

Appartement propre et sympa, déco sympa Détails à améliorer : - La minuterie de l'escalier = 3s ; si vous n'êtes pas Spiderman, vous monterez dans le noir ! 3mn seraient mieux ! - Dans la salle d'eau pas de tablette pour poser la brosse à dent, le rasoir et autres accessoires de toilette. Et dans la douche rien pour poser son savon ou son gel douche. Une gageure de prendre sa douche, savon en main … - Le wifi au second étage : réception faible, aléatoire, voire inexistante . Une solution : les relais amplificateurs ( exemple : netgear) . - La chambre donnant sur le rue de l'impératrice est exposées aux bruits de circulation (la rue de l'impératrice est un axe très fréquenté de la ville de Berck) et la literie n'est pas à la hauteur des standards .
