About this house rental
Centrally located, sparkling clean townhouse w/ available bike storage and lots of parking. This unit has a private, fully fenced patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining so you can fully enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Fully stocked kitchens for cooking. Upgraded memory foam mattresses and deluxe pillows for a good nights rest. Centrally located to all activities the Grand Valley has to offer. CMU, Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more.
The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. The sliding door off of the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio, BBQ grill and outdoor dining seating.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds.
Grassy common area available for the pups! Onsite shared free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent provided for you during your stay. 3 parking spots available for each unit. Parking lot can accommodate trailers, boats, uhauls, etc.
Roku smart TV for access to all your apps, like netflix. 300 mbps wifi.
Pets are allowed for an additional $20/night, up to 2 pet MAX
Must sign rental agreement prior to stay.

I wanted a place that was close to my daughter's apt and this place was great to stay at. A/C at night is VERY cold, so only used this the first night and kept the windows open after that. I'd recommend anyone staying here and close to shopping, Mesa University and easy to get around in GJ!

Perfect size for our family of three. I appreciated the fenced in back patio and dedicated dog yard. Easy to get to and within 5 mins of campus and downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit has plenty of space and a large patio area and there is a big parking lot. The unit was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The bed in the front bedroom was very comfortable (I need a firm mattress).
We left the slider open the first night since it was hot that day and there seemed to be a lot of motorcycles driving by until midnight making it pretty noisy. With the slider closed the second night I didn't notice any noise.
