About this house rental
This typical Ligurian village house is located on the outskirts of Perinaldo and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Alps and the Mediterranean Sea from the rooftop terrace.
The approximately 90 square meters of living space are spread across three levels. The entrance is on the first floor; a small hallway leads straight to the children’s rooms (which serve as connecting rooms) and the master bedroom with an attached bathroom. A staircase off the hallway leads to the second floor, which houses the kitchen with a dining area and a living room with an open fireplace. One floor higher are a living room/bedroom and another bathroom. French doors open onto a large balcony with a beautiful view of Apricale, nestled romantically in the valley. An outdoor staircase connects the balcony to the 22-square-meter panoramic terrace above.
The house is equipped with gas central heating, ensuring a comfortable living environment year-round. The medieval mountain village of Perinaldo sits imposingly on a mountaintop 572 meters above sea level. The surrounding area is characterized by olive groves, vineyards, and forests. Numerous hiking trails and mountain roads lead to ever-changing exploration tours into the Ligurian hinterland. The beaches of Bordighera are less than a 20-minute drive away, while Sanremo, Menton, and Monte Carlo are about 50 minutes away. The Nice International Airport can be reached in one hour via the highway. Perinaldo has a well-maintained infrastructure; the two stores, the bar, the restaurants, and the pharmacy are open year-round.
The apartment is perfect for families. There is a bed for the parents, a bunk bed, and two daybeds with four sleeping spots for the children. If necessary, the daybeds can provide two additional sleeping spots by pulling out the lower sections. In addition, the sofa on the top floor can be converted into a sleeper sofa, providing space for two more people.

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est très bien équipé et très confortable. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique. Il est situé dans un magnifique village typique d'Italie où il y a supérettes, bars et restaurant. Il est très bien placé pour faire des randonnées et aller à la mer.
