Perfect little gem in a magical environement

The place is in an amazing location. Also extremely comfortable. The game room kept our family entertained for many hours, and the kitchen is perfect

pooltable needs a new cloth, the poolcues were in bad shape. No stereo or speakerset to use. Poor quality TV / no streaming capabilities high warranty deposit in cash on arrival which was unexpected / not communicated.

The location is great. The house is spacious, has a but some remarks….

The shower on the first floor was broken… no water came out, so it was unusable… The washbowl in the bathroom on the groundfloor was very small (it was more to wash your hands then to use in a bathroom The kitchen is well equipped, but as in most rental houses, the pans were almost all black from use and the handles were loose… The pool table cues were almost all broken. there is a darts but no arrows Beds are very small (there 140cm wide), so sleeping with 2 adults is really a pain… (went sleeping on the sofa in the living room)

Nice weekend getaway, but ended on a sour note

Comfortable house with a well-equipped kitchen. Parking for 3 cars There is a nice view, once all the traffic has left for the day. Walking distance to the caves and various hikes

The house is very close to the caves, the road was very busy during the opening hours of the caves. Although I paid a cleaning fee, 10 euros was deducted from my deposit because I left I few dishes in the dishwasher. It is nowhere mentioned that the "Normal cleaning" performed by the owner does not include dishes. So DO your dishes and unpack all items from the dishwasher! The owner was very rude when I questioned the fact that 10 was deducted for something that was very unclear to me. Nobody that I dealt with spoke English or Dutch, which made communication difficult.

Hele ruime accommodatie. Biljart, darts, petanque, tafelvoetbal perfect voor familie vertier. Ligging op wandelafstand van de grotten van Han.

Kleine bedden. Broodrooster niet gebruikt omdat die er niet zo proper uitzag.

Excellent emplacement à quelques minutes à pieds du domaine des grottes de Han. Le propriétaire est très aimable et très réactif. La maison est très bien équipée et la salle de jeux super sympa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à HAN. Logement très propre, très spacieux et adapté aux familles. Salle de jeu idéale pour les adolescents Situation idéale pour randonnées et au calme. Situé à 2 pas des grottes de HAN et du parc animalier. Logement très grand et très adaptés aux familles. Nous recommandons

Les lits doubles sont un peu petit puisque nous sommes habitués à plus grand mais ils restent très confortables
