Nette Wohnung, aber ein wenig zu verwinkelt und doch ein bisschen weit vom Zentrum entfernt und von der Lage her direkt

Solide eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Aber die Küche eher spärlich ausgestattet. Schlafen im Schrankbett ist auch ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Sehr verwinkelter Zugang durch viele Flure und immer wieder wird der Schlüssel benötigt.

Trotz der wiedrigen Umstände hatten wir schöne 3 Tage in Timmendorf.

Hübsch eingerichtet. Küche sauber, Bad sauber. Ganz ok.

Dieses Zimmer kann man nicht lüften. Man ist nachts schweißgebadet und morgens völlig fertig. Das Zimmer ist kaum zu finden. Keine Wegbeschreibung in dem Großen Appartementhaus.

Ein schönes und neues Badezimmer. Großer Fernseher

Die Mitarbeiterin von dem Vermietungsbüro Kraushaar hatte wenig Verständnis über unsere Unzufriedenheit bei der Anreise. Ich habe mich am Telefon nicht ernst genommen gefühlt. Es wurden die Emails vorgelesen in denen ja alles drin gestanden habe. Auf die Kritik wurde nicht eingegangen. Ich habe so viele emails von dem Vermietungsbüro bekommen, sodass man irgendwann den Überblick verliert, welche Informationen wirklich relevant sind. Wir haben schnell das Haus gefunden, allerdings war der Briefkasten in dem der Schlüssel war nicht so einfach zu finden. Auch die Wohnung mussten wir ziemlich lange Suchen. Das Gebäude ist sehr groß und verwinkelt. Die Anreise war umständlich. Das Vermietungsbüro ist während der Öffnungszeiten schwer zu erreichen auf Grund von Krankheit so die Aussage. Wir würden nicht mehr über Kraushaar buchen. Das Bett war schon defekt - der Fuß war instabil. Bettdecke und Matratze könnten auch mal wieder erneuert werden. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Schlafsofa war in Ordnung.

Die Lage war gut.

Die Sauberkeit war bescheiden. Warmwasser über einem Elt.-Durchlauferhitzer sehr bescheiden, ständig musste nachgeregelt werden - zu warm! - zu kalt! Die Einrichtung mit billigsten Ausstattungsgegenständen war bescheiden. Der Eigentümer legt lediglich auf einem großen Fernseher wert. Bad und Küche sehr klein!
