Modernly furnished on 40 m², the Strandbude11 holiday apartment offers a wonderful holiday in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand. The highlight is the cool light installations, which create a special ambience. The sauna in the house is available for relaxation for a fee.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, which is particularly popular with families. The Timmendorfer town center with the numerous restaurants, boutiques and cafes can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes and the beach is only 700 meters from the apartment. The apartment is close to the spa gardens and the center of Timmendorf is about a 5-minute walk away.
Living
Thanks to the clever room layout, the space in this two-room apartment is used optimally. The stylish and first-class kitchen is located in the living room, so that you can conjure up small culinary highlights with the help of high-quality kitchen appliances. Adjacent to the kitchenette is the dining area, where four people can sit. Furthermore, the apartment has a cozy couch corner with a sleeping function (1.40 mx 2.30 m). From there you have access to the furnished balcony, which offers plenty of sunshine from midday. The bedroom, furnished with a cozy 1.60-cm double bed, also has a large wardrobe, a smart TV and a dressing table. This room can be darkened by shutters. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and a small flat-screen TV. A communal sauna is available for a fee in the basement of the house.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlt an fast nichts. Sie ist zentral gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß alles erreichen kann. Auch mehrere E-Ladestationen sind in der Straße in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen, was für uns mit E-Auto von Vorteil war. Das einzige, was man zur Wohnungsausstattung ggf. anmerken kann ist, dass bei höheren Sommertemperaturen auch dünnere Decken und Kopfkissen schön waren. Die Vorhandenen waren definitiv zu dick/warm für diese Zeit.
Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Die Wohnung ist klein aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
