L'appartamento è ampio, ben curato e attrezzato. L'arredamento piacevole, il divano molto comodo. Il proprietario Vincenzo è molto gentile e disponibile. L'abitazione si trova in una posizione comoda per raggiungere anche a piedi delle bellissime spiagge. La vicinanza del Café 27 per fare un'ottima colazione in terrazza con panorama sul mare. La vicinanza della pizzeria con forno a legna e del supermercato a due passi.
La posizione dell'abitazione situata proprio all'angolo della strada. L'assenza di zanzariere. Non adatta se si viaggia con un gatto abituato in appartamento, in quanto si è costretti a tenere le finestre chiuse per evitare che finisca in strada.
