The location is just great with a view on the Mediterranean sea and partly on the medieval village from the balcony. The room was very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the size of the room was good to spend 10 days and be flexible to have a private life. Great also to have the parking which would be a struggle in this town or with a substancial cost.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The privacy of our garden room terrace sitting was rather nice. The 2bed room was quite spacious too and small but well equipped supermarket just a few steps away.
Parking underground free and super convenient
There were moths flying around the room, and cleanliness also not especially top notch (for example we had a bunch of cigarette buds on the grass just next to the terrace). No ventilation in the bathroom either - after the whole family showered, it was like a steam room. The whole property, incl the room, is run down and in need of a full renovation - not sure how it got those good over 8 reviews so far that we relied on.
The Eze village seems to have seen its better days, looks like a stopover place only, with most of the restaurants serving bad fast (overpriced) food

The property is right in the centre, so very convenient.
I had a lovely view of the ocean in the distance and the pine trees which was so relaxing. I was able to watch the sunset from my bed.
The bed was extremely comfortable and all the staff were kind and friendly. They let me check in early which was really appreciated.
Highly recommend this place.
If I had to make one negative comment it’s that they need to make it clearer to foreign visitors that it’s their responsibility to empty the bins. It’s a bit of a rabbit Warren trying to find the bins in the basement.

Great Spot, Main attraction the cactus Gardens were amazing.
A bit disappointed with the room as air con didn't seem to work pool door was locked and staff left before we could get thing sorted.
