Very peaceful location. Good size apartment and excellent shower.

La Perle d'Eze is located within an easy 5min walk to Eze Village, shops and restaurants, easy drive to Nice, Monaco, Menton, all short distance drives appox 20mins,
La Perle d'Eze apartment had a great view of Mediterranean sea the Village of Eze, Apartment was clean well appointed and had all the necessary cooking utensils for eating and cooking for a short stay, my wife and I stayed for 5 nights,
Beds were comfortable, the apartment is big enough for 4 people, the extra bedroom would be a bonus for extra guests, and yes our furry family Higgins was welcomed as well, Please Note La Perle d'Eze only allow pets upto 10kg's,but are lenient,
La Perle d'Eze well positioned to be used as a base if you want to travel to one of the fore metioned places, Eze Village has absolutely stunning views, Mediterranean views from the Village are spectacular and the Village it self is steeped in history and the quaint little shops make it a worth while visit,
Restaurants around the Eze Village are well priced and food is very good our choice was L'Antre Potes variety was excellent,
there is a little supermarket within a 3 min walk from La Perle d'Eze wich had everything we needed for a short stay,
Only thing I could think of were the pillows were to soft,

The view of the village of eze and ocean was amazing! The place was really nice and big. Liked the nice big shower and comfy bed. Free parking was a plus too. It was nice to be able to walk thru the village of Eze at night and have it all to yourself. There is a supermarket about 1 block away with lots of options and delicious hot french bread. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
The stove did not work, the closet door was broke and fell off. The handle to bathroom door was broke too. The apartment is nice and updated, but unfortunately they do not seem to do maintenance here. Also having to be checked in before 6pm, actually 5:30pm according to receptionist so they can leave by 6 was a struggle.

Great Spot, Main attraction the cactus Gardens were amazing.
A bit disappointed with the room as air con didn't seem to work pool door was locked and staff left before we could get thing sorted.
