The residential complex territory looks bright

1. When booking an apartment, one price is specified. After paying the rent (the funds are withdrawn immediately and without the possibility of return), get a "nice" bonus when you pay for additional utilities! (I repeat - it is no longer possible to cancel the payment). + The owner requires an additional deposit in the form of another 2,000 UAH (that is, another 3,000 UAH is added to the rental price after paying the rent) 2. There is nothing special in the apartment itself, no additional pleasantness like other owners had (for example, they left sweets for tea, and some kinds of products). One of the TVs in the bedroom does not work (turns on, but nothing can be done). Half an hour's walk to the center. No type of transport is allowed near this apartment building due to the repair work on the road along Shevchenko Street. 3. The apartment is not bad, but as mentioned in the title, it definitely does not VIP. At least there is no VIP without a full-fledged bathroom. 4. The owner demands to sign a contract with many rules and fines. One gets the feeling that it is better not to enter the apartment because you have to pay for every unusual movement. 5. Сheck out from the apartment at 11 (although usual in other apartments, it is at least at 12), for an extension, at least for an hour, she still demanded 1,400 UAH.
