Very helpful owner, she was even helping us bringing our bags upstairs on arrival (to 3rd floor) when bulding's lift was off due to blackout. Large apartment, very clean and warm.
Price over New Year and Orthodox Christmas time was 50% higher comparing to normal price over the year. Some blackouts (not too many) but obviously understandable and owners had no influence on them,

Загалом непогано, але мені здається, що ціна не відповідає реальному стану квартири.
Саме квартири. Тому що їх пропонують як «апартаменти». Але повірте, з апартаментів там тільки те, що це новий ЖК, все. Це сама звичайна квартира.
1. Для чого на фото показувати що ви стелите білу постіль, а вживу це якийсь жах - фото не відповідає реальності
2. Тільки зайшов в квартиру - одразу відчув дуже дивний запах, з часом звиклось, але треба або провітрювати, або поставити якусь пахучку
3. Ліжко скрипить, і це жах
4. Дуже тьмяне світло
5. Праска видає який бруд: прасував дві білі речі - всі грязні. Розповів про це на виселенні: мені сказали: «А, ну може бути»😅
