Die Ferienwohnung ist top gepflegt, bestens ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben dort zu 4. einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Drum herum findet man alles, was man zum täglichen Bedarf braucht. Das war ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation war hervorragend. Ein Urlaub dort ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

der Ausblick auf weitere Hochhäuser kann schon stören Auch das die Wohnung in einem hässlichen Hochhaus ist, fanden wir nicht gut. Im Flur war ein unangenehmer Geruch.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab 1-2 kleine Probleme die jedoch durch die gute Erreichbarkeit von Cuxland behoben werden konnten.

Wir, ein älteres Ehepaar, fanden die Ferienwohnung auf anhieb sympathisch, es fehlte an nichts! Eine perfekte Lage und der wunderbare Ausblick waren immer ein Genuss! Wir können diese Wohnung zu jeder Zeit und für jedes Alter empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Die Vermieter Cuxland Fewo Service sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider, oder auch zum Glück, ist alles Digital aufgebaut. Handy ist für uns ein Muss.

Was kann ich machen ?
Wo gehts zum Strand ?
Konnten wir selber, schnell Digital beanworten. Für die "nicht" Handy Generation, könnte das zum Problem werden. Für uns, spéziell für mich, ist es Großartig.
Wir hatten etwas schwierigkeiten unser Arpartment zu finden. Bis ich die Email gefunden habe welches Stockwerk wir müssen, sind wir schon in den falschen Aufzug der Frischen Briese eingestiegen.
Im Apartment selber:

Der Ausblick ist ne Wucht, genau das, was wir gesucht haben.
Das erste was wir gemacht haben war, den Balkon auszuprobieren.
Das Zimmer ist sauber, gepflegt und Modern eingerichtet.
2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime sowie den normalen Kanälen.
Wlan und 50k Leitung reichen für den Hausgebraucht aus.
In der Küche hat uns dummerweise der Zucker für den morgentlichen Kaffee gefehlt. Ansonsten ist mit der Senseo alles da was eine Familie so braucht.
Das Bad ist sehr, sehr Groß gehalten. Das Doppelwaschbecken und die Großen Spiegel geben genug platz um sich zusammen "frisch" zu machen.
Das BoxSpringBett ist für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich, aber wir stehen ohne Rückenschmerzen auf und das ist alles was zählt.
Eine kleine Anmerkung noch, das Haus ist sehr sehr hellhörig.
Wir konnten das Telefongespräch eines Nachbarn ca 3 Stockwerke über uns mithören.
Männer mit Tiefen Stimmen hört man auch im Schlafzimmer ab und zu mal.
Man hört auch das jemand Duscht. (Der Wasserhahn gibt ein brummen ab)
Dafür können aber die Vermieter nichts. Es sollte aber mit erwähnt werden.
Noch ein paar Erfahrungsberichte :
Restmüll, gelber Sack und Papier werden, wie üblich, gesondert Entsorgt. Denkt an die entsprechenden Müllbeutel. Glas wird ca 200m im Glascontainer entsorgt.
Der Müllbereich ist bei den Garagen.
Wir sind hier Glücklich und Zufrieden und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen

Wir waren ein Wochenende da und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist für ihre Größe echt geräumig und hat einen genialen Ausblick. Wir konnten einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang über Neuwerk beobachten. Einzigartig. Leider war das Schwimmbad Coronabedingt geschlossen. Das hätte vorher erwähnt werden können.
Wir sind sehr erholt heimgefahren und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen
