Sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, nur 2 Minuten bis zum Strand und eine wirklich tolle Aussicht!
Es wäre toll, wenn man die Zimmer noch besser verdunkeln könnte, vor allem mit kleinen Kindern, die schon vor Sonnenuntergang bzw. auch mittags schlafen, würde es einiges einfacher machen.

Sehr gepflegte und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Auch der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Leider war einer der Aufzüge in der Hälfe der Aufenthaltszeit defekt (man mag sich vorstellen, was das für ein Gedränge am Tag der Abreise war, selbst im Treppenhaus kam man kaum mehr voran...) Im Agenturbüro gab es ein unschönes Kommunikationsproblem. Der Mitarbeiter der Agentur sagte uns am Anreisetag, das wir zur Abreise um 10.00 Uhr aus der Wohnung zu sein hätten. Und falls das Agenturbüro nicht besetzt sein sollte, könnten wir den Schlüssel einfach in den Briefkasten werfen (zur allgemeinen Info: Das Agenturbüro ist in Cuxhaven, nicht in Sahlenburg)... Das klang ziemlich locker und entspannt. Und so waren wir am Abreisetag um 10.00 Uhr aus der Wohnung raus und gingen anschließend noch in Sahlenburg etwas frühstücken. Doch als wir den Schlüssel dann anschließend im Agenturbüro abgeben wollten, reagierte der Mitarbeiter von der Agentur sehr ungehalten und unfreundlich. Er überrollte uns mit Vorwürfen, der Schlüssel hätte schon um 10.00 Uhr im Agenturbüro abgegeben werden müssen. Doch wie passt das zusammen, wenn wir erst um 10.00 Uhr aus der Wohnung raus sein mussten? Dann kann doch der Schlüssel um diese Uhrzeit noch nicht im weiter entfernten Agenturbüro abgegeben werden... Auf unseren Einwand hin sagte der Mitarbeiter nur, es kam noch nie vor, das er sich missverständlich ausgedrückt hätte. Ziemlich arrogant und total unprofessionell, einen Touristen am Tag der Abreise mit Vorwürfen zu überhäufen und mit einem schlechten Gefühl nach Hause zu schicken. Die Wohnung war wirklich schön, aber wir würden nie wieder über dieses Agenturbüro unsere Reise buchen... Der Alltag holt einen schnell wieder ein, da muss die Erholung nicht am Tag der Abreise schon einen Dämpfer bekommen...

Eine gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Hunden. Auch die Couch wäre noch ein weiterer Schlafplatz. Ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser, gute Aussicht auf das Wattenmeer.
Hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder.
