Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, wobei man die Wohnung eher als Familie und nicht als mehrere Pärchen buchen sollte, denn das eine Zimmer hat nur ein französisches Doppelbett und das andere ein Stockbett. Für Familien dagegen sehr gut! Es gibt eine ordentlich ausgestattete Indoor- und Outdoorküche mit Feuerstelle zum Grillen. Außerdem eine Waschmaschine. Insgesamt merkt man, dass die Wohnungsausstattung aus Privatbesitz kommt, einen Kühlschrank mit großem Eisfach und Eiswürfelbereiter haben die meisten Ferienanlagen jedenfalls nicht. Der Kontakt vor Ort war auch immer nett und hilfsbereit. Die sehr schönen Strände mit tollem Sand, türkis und für Kinder ideal flach abfallend in der Nähe sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten gut erreichbar, ein Mietauto ist Pflicht. Die Parkplätze an Sardiniens Stränden kosten 5-10€, auch wenn sie als unbewacht deklariert sind. Das sollte man fest einrechnen und darf sich nicht darüber ärgern. Am Wochenende sind die Parkplätze selbst im Oktober mittags schnell voll. Einkaufen kann man im sehr kleinen Supermarkt um die Ecke oder man fährt 15 Minuten nach Pula.

Gegen die Mücken würden Mückennetze vor den Fenstern und Türen helfen. Im einen Bad floss das Wasser aus Duschwanne und Waschbecken schlecht ab.

The house is quite big. It has a wonderful olive tree in the front yard and an outdoor space to cook, eat and enjoy fresh air. There are two bathrooms and the kitchen is well equipped with appliances, dishes, pots and pans and cutlery. At first glance, we were really happy with the house and overall had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine by the host and some bottles of cold water. The house was clean and fresh linen and towels were available for us. It is at a walking distance from a small supermarket which also stocks lovely cheeses and breads. The host gave us some tips with where we could go to get cheaper groceries.

This is an issue that might affect if groups of couples rent this property. There are 3 bedrooms on the property but one bedroom has only bunk beds and the other two bedrooms have a huge difference in size. The smaller bedroom has a bathroom attached. The bigger bedroom is much bigger than the other one and also has a bigger bed. We were two couples and it was not pleasant to choose between the two bedrooms that had such massive differences in size. This should have been specified before in the posting. This would not be a problem when families visit. The smaller bedroom also does not have an air conditioner and it has a wall which gets warmed due to sun. So, it can get quite hot in that room and you need to sleep with an open window - which means getting bitten by mosquitoes at night. The bigger bedroom was cooler and we felt we needed warmer blankets than were provided. Moreover, we faced other issues in the property, some of which the manager promised us would be fixed, but they were not. There were water leakages from the basin and the shower in the bathrooms. Also, we smelled cooking gas after the first day and had to turn off and on the gas as and when we needed because we were afraid there was a leak and it was dangerous. Switches for the appliances were not marked and we accidentally switched off the fridge one day. The freezer also leaked water out into the kitchen at times. Also, some amenities like toilet paper, bath soap, hand soap and dish soap were not available and we had to purchase them.
