The small apartment was really nicely made. You have a microwave, a washing machine, a toaster, a TV with Netflix, and a lot of other things which aren’t standard for such places. Security and access control is also very good. And a supermarket just around the corner.
Washing clothes would be even better with a dryer.

the apartments are good value for the money (the rate was around $60 per night)
when booking, the property is listed as not requiring prepayment. but after my booking was confirmed, staff messaged me, asked to switch to a different messenger app and then requested to make a prepayment for the first night. combined with cancellation being not free, the situation looked very much like a scam.
given that I was booking for the same day and didn't have time to go through customer support, this made it a pretty bad experience. definitely would not recommend and not going to book again.

Perfect location in the heart of Kharkiv with all the facilities nearby, the manager is enough professional and you feel yourself as comfortable as your home. impressive for the interior design as well as the details & cleanness. It’s a journey outstanding to stay in the Poetry,

the rooms were very well appointed. great bed and shower and tv setup. superb location. and the city is good too.
the invoicing and payment collection needs to be a little smoother.
