Super convenient property, great location and really kind owners!
Location is really convenient: 7-8 mins by car to the nearest beach. Property has everything that you need for comfortable living, even beach bag 😅 Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom etc Huge area around the house, very green. Also there is a private parking with electric charger.
I'd like to have more light in the morning but this is not critical

We were staying at the lovely property during our son's Apuane tournament. It is perfectly located near all the football fields. It was also in a perfect location to visit the local towns and beaches. The garden is perfect place to relax and have an aperatief and watch the kids play.

Exceptional
This place is absolutely great, especially for families with kids! The garden is huge and beautiful, there's fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden and eggs from their own chickens. Massimiliano, Francesca and their children are super nice and always so helpful. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need and lovely decorated. We would definitely stay again, thank you for a wonderful vacation :-)
