It includes an extra-large refrigerator, 2 prep sinks, double drawer dishwasher, a Fisher and Paykel 5-burner gas range with griddle extension, 2 ovens, a separate ice maker, and all the cookware and utensils you will need. The beautiful, oversized island has seating for 6.
Dining Room: The spacious dining room is on the left when you walk through the front door. The sizeable, elegant dining table seats 12 people.
Living Room: The main living area is on the right when you walk inside and has includes 2 full-sized sofas, an L-shaped sectional, and a mounted flat-screen TV.
Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom is located off the living room and has a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It has a private bathroom that is quite large and stunning. It includes a double sink vanity, a stand-up shower with a rain head faucet, and a stand-alone bathtub.
Laundry: The laundry is on the first floor, near the back door. It includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Bedroom + Bathroom #4: This bedroom is through the living space and to the far right. It includes a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has a private bathroom with a double sink and stand-up shower. This bedroom also has access to the large balcony.

Beautiful house. Plenty of room for large groups. Communication was prompt. The golf cart was useful to get to and from beach access. Close to many restaurants & shops.

This is our 3rd trip to Island Oasis. We have a big family and it has all we could ever need to accommodate that many people. We are planning on going again next year and will until we no longer can.

The beach is very nice and quiet! We loved hanging out in the large pool, too.The included golf cart was nice for shuffling our group of 11 as well as all of our chairs, umbrellas and coolers.Be aware, the online information stated (at least when I booked) that checkin was 4pm but it is actually 5pm. Not a huge problem but definitely something to consider if you are traveling from a far distance like we were.
