Paseo Place is a centrally located two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condominium with its pulse on the heartbeat of downtown Santa Barbara.
With a nod to Santa Barbara's historical roots, strolling through the complex is like being transported to a quaint village in Spain with its winding stucco and Saltillo tile corridors, red tile roofs, and wrought iron details. The home is located on the second floor of this picturesque complex with privacy, comfort, and gated security. Elevators provide convenient access between the home and secure ground-floor parking. One assigned parking space is included; please inquire about availability for additional vehicles. Located directly across from Paseo Nuevo Mall, the home offers easy access to the vibrant sights and sounds of downtown.
In a well cared for home, the corner fireplace creates warm ambiance in the living room, with wide sliding doors leading to the covered loggia. A four-top dining table, plus two oversized comfortable chairs for quieter times makes this space a truly welcoming extension of the great room.

Right downtown with dozens of shops and restaurants nearby. Parking space and elevators to the second level are big pluses. Nice kitchen with professional grade stove. Good lighting from many windows. Two excellent bathrooms. The large walk in shower was perfect for me. The staff are always available to answer questions. The hospitality was great. Thank you.

This property was lovely, well designed, well equipped, great beds, excellent location with many restaurants close by. My only complaint is that there is not a lot of light from outside. Having said that I was there during unusual weather with rain, clouds and cold. The good outweighed the light issue enough that if I returned I think I would still stay there.
