The apartment is really cute. Everything is new and clean. It’s in a good location, really nice neighborhood surrounded by different shops. With tram 14, you can get to Duomo in less than 30 minutes. It kinda has two terraces, which you can’t see from the photos.

The only thing which I didn’t like is the bed. It was so uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on concrete. Owners should also invest in better pillows and sheets. Also, there’s only one cheap plastic chair on the terrace. Like, invest in some outdoor furniture. You need one more chair if you rent the apartment for two people.

W miarę ciche mieszkanie, ciepłe z możliwością dogrzania klimatyzacją w sypialni i salonie. Blisko do przystanków polecam linie nr. 14 najbezpieczniejsza i najmniej zaludniona. Obiekt na zamkniętym terenie więc nikt obcy się nie kręci.

W zmywarce widać że nie jest sprzątane, aż strach otworzyć, woda zastana i śmierdząca na dole zmywarki. Przydała by się firanka przy oknie na wejściu ponieważ mieszkanie jest dość ciemne, a chcąc wpuścić więcej światła okno nie jest niczym zasłonięte więc wszystko widzą sąsiedzi co się dzieje w mieszkaniu. Poprawiłbym bym instrukcję otwierania klatki/mieszkania. Dodajcie adnotację że przyciski do otwierania są na samym dole strony internetowej w której opisujecie otwieranie mieszkania. W opisie nie jest w ogóle to opisane. W pierwszy dzień staliśmy z 10min pod blokiem żeby otworzyć bramki do bramy i na klatkę. Przez przypadek zjechałem na sam dol strony i znalazłem dopiero przyciski otwarcia.

Nous avons donc séjourné au « Marcantonio dal Re 20 C » nous ouvrons le logement à 15h comme prévu, d’aspect le logement était propre, puis nous voulions mettre des aliments au frigo et là le frigo ne fonctionne pas, nous ouvrons un placard pour mettre d’autres aliments au sec. En ouvrant un placard, je suis tombé nez à nez avec un cafard, je vérifie les autres placards idem des cafards. J’envoie des sms à la conciergerie via Whatsapp qui m’indique que pour ce problème là ils ne peuvent rien faire mais concernant le frigo ils vont essayé de nous aider. Ils nous demandent plusieurs manipulation dans le frigo et là nous sommes tombés nez à nez avec un cafard dans le frigo! Cette fois je décide de faire appeler le service client par une amie en italien. Et tout de suite ils nous ont changés d’appartement. Je suis un peu mitigée concernant ce séjour, je me dis que si mon amie n’aurait pas appelé on aurait séjourné dans un appartement avec des cafards. (Un des nombreux sms dit clairement que pour les cafards « ils verront avec la société de ménage mais à l’instant T ne feront rien). Sinon les appartements sont plutôt accessibles et bien équipés.
