We had a great time on our trip to Orlando.
The house was clean and very spacious.
A few things cause us not to rate our experience 5 stars.
Overall the furniture was cheap and generally uncomfortable. The beds were fine, which is the most important part, but no one even wanted to sit on the couch in the main living area because it was so uncomfortable.
Additionally the kitchen stock was bare bones. For example the kitchen did not have pot holders or oven mitts. The basics (other than pot holders) were there, but just the basics.
Last, communication with the owners could have been better. They were quick to respond when I reached out, but the information they provided was incomplete or something I felt they should have provided up front. For example, I had to ask for check-in info a few hours before check-in time. They told me they would send the code an hour before we could access the house. I am fine with that, but I think that should have been communicated upfront.
Additionally, I had a question about the pool/lazy river area, and they told me to ask the clubhouse when I got there rather than seeking out the information themselves and then letting me know. Not a big deal, but another example of how this rental provided just the basics and nothing more.
The location is great if you're going to Disney World. It took us about 15 minutes to get there. Traveling to Universal took about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.
In short: this rental was good but not great.

This was a great rental for the most part. So many bedrooms and bathrooms. Four families could all stay comfortably. Having our own pool and hot tub was great!
Cons: very loud neighbors playing LOUD music all night. I’m not a fan of the alacarte system. It was expensive to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, showering products, any cleaning products, garbage bags etc. Then we couldn’t even use it all and had to just leave it because we didn’t have room to bring it home. I would rather pay a little extra and have those items supplied.
