Unfortunately, the property did not meet expectations due to multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues. The game room had broken seats and the Xbox was not working. The living room sofas were outdated and uncomfortable. The kitchen lacked proper tools, and the oven was dirty; a cleaning product had been sprayed but not properly cleaned. There was no broom available in the house. One of the restrooms was leaking, and the dryer required up to three cycles to dry clothes. The comforters in the bedrooms were yellowed and clearly need replacement. Additionally, the Jacuzzi pump was broken and not functioning. Overall, these issues significantly affected the comfort of our stay.
