Right on the shores of Lake Taupō, this open-plan home makes the most of its fantastic lakefront location. Enjoy beautiful lake views from the spacious deck and the tastefully decorated indoors.

The Space:
This lovely lakefront home has two bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite and beautiful lake views, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. A second bathroom is available for added convenience.
The open-plan living area includes a smart TV, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. Stay comfortable year-round with double glazing and two heat pumps/air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room.
The property is located near a public reserve with lake access. Please note that the driveway of the property is not suitable for boats.
The house is in a very quiet street in Acacia Bay, tucked away at the end of a shared driveway. It is 4.5km from the Taupō town centre and the nearest supermarket (Countdown).
The home is within walking distance of a dairy and The Bay Bar & Brasserie, where you can enjoy a meal and drink at the end of your activities. It is also a quick drive from the famous L'Arte Cafe Gallery.

The apartment is located above a fully self-contained studio that is completely independent and also operates as a separate holiday home. The apartment has its own private entrance and is accessed via stairs only. The two accommodations are fully separate, offering privacy and independence for each stay.

We really enjoyed the views of the lake, the quiet location, and the open floor plan. House had everything we needed during our stay. We’d stay here again without hesitation.

Very well equipped beautiful views good location
Minor points to improve heat pump struggled to heat large open plan area sparking wine glasses would be nice
Very sorry we broke a water glass and missed bin being put out as we were rushing to leave!

Beautiful interior decor with stunning close lake outlook. The only negative was in winter in took a while to get properly up to temperature. Perhaps managers should turn on the heat pumps prior to visit? As a place it was superb.
