You`ll wake up to stunning lake views and sunrises over Mount Tauhara, enjoy a coffee on the front deck as you take in the surroundings of Acacia Bay.
Spread out and relax in the spacious living area, or head outside and enjoy one of the two outdoor decks. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, or enjoy a BBQ on those warm summer nights. The living area has a large heat pump and various seating options plus Wi-Fi and linen are included for your comfort.
Take advantage of the nearby walking and biking trails, as well as opportunities for fishing, water skiing, and other water sports or venture a bit further and explore the rest of Taupo`s stunning scenery and attractions.
With plenty of off street parking (sorry the garage is unavailable) for the boat or bike this home is the perfect base.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

Well situated walking distance to restaurant Owners need to fix a couple of little issues they are probably not aware ofSink in en-suite wouldn’t empty tap over sink in kitchen wobbly and about to fall off and curtains in main bedroom very hard to open and close house was otherwise beautiful and well presented

A lovely big home with great lake views. The house was very spacious, a big room for everyone. The living area had comfortable couches and again big. The house was warm. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Board games for the kids. Clean. Close to a dairy. Great communication from host. Only 7min from Taupo, easy to find. Overall, very impressed and would happily return.

This property was perfect for 8 of us for our 4 night stay. Very spacious house so weren't feeling cramped at all. The place was very clean and location was perfect. Great communication.Would definitely stay again if needing a big property.
