Welcome to our lakeside studio! Voted one of Taupo's top 10 holiday homes, this studio is a blend of comfort and style. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated, it promises a relaxing stay by beautiful Lake Taupō.



The Space:

Enjoy a comfortable king-size bed looking straight to the shore of the lake, a fully equipped kitchen and a smart TV for relaxing after a day out exploring Taupō.



The studio sleeps up to four guests, with a sofa bed in the living area. As the studio is open plan, the sofa bed is best suited for little children. Double glazing and a heat pump/air conditioning unit help keep the space comfortable throughout the year.



There is free off-street parking , with additional parking available on the street. Please kindly note that boats are not allowed in the driveway, but there is free parking by the ramp boat on the street



Located in Acacia Bay, the studio overlooks a scenic public reserve with lake views. It is the downstairs unit of a larger house, completely self-contained and independent. Guests staying upstairs are generally respectful, although some noise may occasionally be heard as the cealing is not sound proof. If you're interested in booking both spaces, you can view the upstairs property on our website.



The studio is a short drive from Taupō town centre, while still offering the quieter setting of Acacia Bay. Nearby, you'll find The Bay Bar & Brasserie and L'Arte Cafe Gallery, as well as easy access to the lake and surrounding walks.



Guest Access:

Check-in instructions will be sent to your message thread three days before your check-in date.

Starter essentials: tea, instant coffee, sugar, milk, oil, salt & pepper, toiletries, and cleaning basics



Professionally laundered hotel-quality linen and towels (one body towel per guest - no face cloths)



Highchair and cot availability: Please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.



TVs are smart TVs (no free-to-air channels)

There are two security cameras: one monitoring the driveway and a second one by the lake side doors.



Interaction with Guests:

We have a key box and will provide the pin number 3 days before your check-in date.



If you need anything during your stay, please contact us through the app during regular business hours. If you have an emergency after hours, please call our after-hours number (number will be send with check-in instructions). Please ring, do not text as texts are not monitored.
