Spanning two floors, this charming duplex offers two bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests. The spacious master bedroom boasts amazing views of the lake and features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two cozy single beds.
Downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, alongside modern amenities including a TV, WiFi, washing machine, and dryer.
Step outside to the patio, where an outdoor table beckons for leisurely al fresco dining on sunny days. Enclosed by a secure fence, it's the perfect spot for families with little ones to play safely.
Covered parking is available off the street for up to two cars, with ample additional space on the road.
The property is located in a serene neighborhood primarily surrounded by holiday homeowners. Stroll to the corner to The Bay Bar & Brasserie for a delightful meal and drinks, or pop into the nearby dairy for convenient supplies.
For family fun, a charming 'pirate ship' playground awaits just up the road, while a short drive leads to the renowned L'Arte Cafe & Gallery, or, stay lakeside and venture to the nearby pontoon for kayak rentals.

Great accommodation for the two of us, provided with everything we wanted, clean and comfortable. Location was ideal, close to the lake and the restaurant. Planning to stay again.

Very neat townhouse that has everything you need. It's a block of 4 townhouses, all occupied during our stay and no noise issues or parking problems. There is a dairy, coffee cart and pub within easy walking distance, and access to the boat ramp. It's obviously a drive into town or any tourist spots, and there is a bit of traffic in peak season, so be aware of that. Overall, a very comfortable stay and good value.

A lovely little townhouse in a small block of 4 with offstreet parking, and very close to the Lake with a dairy ip the road and a bar & restaurant too. Handy short trip into Taupo or off for activities. Well worth staying at.
