Welcome to our vacation rental “Traumblick”—the name says it all.
The 40-square-meter apartment is located in a semi-detached house in Neuensien, right on the idyllic Lake Neuensien. It shares the building with the “Seeblick” vacation rental. Enjoy the peaceful setting amidst beautiful natural surroundings.
Information on additional costs and fees:
A €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be paid along with the rent. The deposit will be refunded 14 days after departure.
Utilities (electricity, gas, and water) are included.
Bedding and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.
One pet may be accommodated for an additional fee.
Up to two vehicles can be parked at the house free of charge. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable room.
The apartment is tastefully and practically furnished and features a living/dining area with a kitchenette. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary delights. It features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop and a dishwasher.
The bedroom features a box-spring bed with a topper (180 cm x 200 cm). You’re also welcome to set up the provided crib for toddlers up to 3 years old there, so you can keep your little angel close by. There is no extra charge for this.
The invitingly designed bathroom features a spacious shower, sink, and toilet.
To keep unwanted little guests at bay, the apartment is equipped with fly screens.
After an eventful day, you can put your feet up on the garden loungers provided and enjoy the sun on our terrace. Savor delicious meals on the barbecue provided. From the beach chair provided, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake with a glass of wine.
The Baltic Sea resorts of Baabe and Sellin, with their famous pier, are just a few minutes away (approx. 5–6 km). Here you’ll find gorgeous beaches and a wide range of recreational activities.
