Location.
Large living/dining/kitchen room.
Storage heaters hadn't been switched on for our arrival (we couldn't have received a refund had we not arrived).
Electric shower has a low flow on 'eco' setting and was too hot on the higher setting.
The hoover smells of dog.

Our property was great. a peaceful getaway, in the middle of nowhere - just what we needed. It had everything we needed for our stay. The views were spectacular.
Very few negatives as it was a great place to stay but there was no dishwasher as stated in the advert and the floor boards upstairs were extremely squeaky which meant as bedrooms were downstairs, you were disturbed by anyone venturing upstairs at any point. These

Isolated location 40 minutes from nearest town Pitlochry, right on the banks of the beautiful Lock Ranock. Fresh air and nature surround you.
