We stayed in Espinho as close gateway to Porto. Trains run often and take about 15 minutes. We were very impressed with Espinho, which is a very nice Portuguese coastal community.. We were very pleased with the apartment which looked to be recently refurbished to a high standard. It was the perfect size for our 4 day stay. Lovely bathroom and shower. Well appointed kitchen. Situated 10 minutes easy walk to the station. 5 minutes walk to a good Supermarket and good laundrette. We would recommend NELL&AND&JESS to anyone looking to stay somewhere with easy access to Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. Jon and Neisha Cornwall UK
