Very good communication with the host, very responsive. Apartment was in a quiet neighborhood so not noisy at night and very clean. Bed was comfortable and the TV in the bedroom had streaming.

This is a very basic apartment with only 2 of everything (plates, bowls, etc) and not a lot of ambiance. The livingroom area has a big TV, but only 2 uncomfortable chairs, no sofa, so not really "warm". Also, when I stay in an apartment I choose this type of vacation so I can cook. No oils, no salt or pepper and the frying pan may have been non-stick at one time, but not anymore! If you are just planning on sleeping, showering and do not need extras, then this place is for you.

Brand new everything, super clean and tidy apartment right on the center of town.

We stayed in Espinho as close gateway to Porto. Trains run often and take about 15 minutes. We were very impressed with Espinho, which is a very nice Portuguese coastal community.. We were very pleased with the apartment which looked to be recently refurbished to a high standard. It was the perfect size for our 4 day stay. Lovely bathroom and shower. Well appointed kitchen. Situated 10 minutes easy walk to the station. 5 minutes walk to a good Supermarket and good laundrette. We would recommend NELL&AND&JESS to anyone looking to stay somewhere with easy access to Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. Jon and Neisha Cornwall UK
