I really liked the location and I had a sea view from the fourth floor.
It was great to see the sounds and sights of the beach right from the balcony.
The sunsets in the apartment were great, and it's a one-minute walk from the beach. They had a free outdoor parking lot next to the building and always managed to find a spot.
The train station is a couple of minutes' walk away, so if you do not have a car, it is a good option by train.
It is a bit run down, but very clean.
They could do with a refurbishment, but it not a problem as the sea view and the being so close to the beach and the train station makes this place a winner

Great location
Beds a bit hard with springs pushing through. No A/C so windows had to be open to get air to sleep but street noise from Friday night drunks continues till 7am and was very loud even on the 11th floor.
