    2nd time staying here and 2nd time arriving early. Both times room was ready and staff let us check in early. Very friendly, great location. About 15 minute walk to the river. Would happily stay here again

    The only thing was the corridor noise especially when neighbours are talking and loud and we could hear stuff being dragged in the room above our ceiling. Other than that, the staff at breakfast and reception were the best i had met in my 2 weeks in portugal! The chef and waiters were greeting us with smiles every single morning, even when we woke up late and were at breakfast at closing time 1030am, and the last table to leave, they never once rushed us, in fact asked if we needed anything more before they started clearing. Theres a shopping mall and food court, macdonalds, supermarket and even diy laundromat within the mall. The city was within 10mins drive usually abt 5euros. The airport was a 15mins bolt ride. The beds were thick and solid The hotel and room was clean and we had all that we needed. Room Service was quick, they gave me stuff that i requested within 5-10mins. The responsiveness and quality of staff were awesome. For that and the fact that this was one of few hotels in portugal that give a proper bed for triple sharing, i would return!

    We had a lovely stay. 15 minute walk to the river with bars and restaurants. We arrived 3 hours earlier than the check in time due to an early morning flight and the hotel staff let us check in straight away. No complaints at all and would happily stay here again
