Moderne schöne Wohnung in toller Lage.
Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war super. Immer freundlich und stets gab es eine schnelle Antwort.
Die Betreuung durch die Vermietungsagentur war hier eher enttäuschend. Alles wurde schnell und emotionslos abgewickelt, bei Fragen auf die Eigentümerin verwiesen. Kurzum außer zum abholen der Schlüssel völlig überflüssig.
Die Sauberkeit war OK, aber nicht perfekt. Bei dieser Preiskategorie hätte ich keinen Staub und Haare der Vorgänger erwartet. Einmal selbst schnell durchgesaugt und alles war perfekt.
Etwas mehr Ablagefläche für Handtücher wäre gut, gerade bei mehr als zwei Personen wird es eng.
