Very nice stay at Bianca Gemma

Nice and clean apartment with air conditioning and other equipment. Free and fenced parking lot was also a plus. Kids loved to play football at the yard. Lovely hosts.

Location was a bit far from the beach and center, but that was clear from the beginning so didn't bother that much. Fridge was a bit small which meant more trips to supermarket.

Value for money, very spacious and very clean.

The apartment was very spacious. Having two separate bathrooms was very convenient. It came with clean towels and soap. The apartment was very clean. We also received a welcome bottle of sparkling wine, which was a very nice touch from the agency. There is a WiFi in the apartment which was very helpful. The instructions about collecting the keys were very clear and helpful.

It’s quite far to walk from the centre. There are no shops in direct vicinity to buy any essentials. I tried to buy fresh bread in the morning for breakfast but everything was shut, so the only option was to hop in the car and drive to the local supermarket in the centre of Riva del Garda. There is a local patisserie shop, but unfortunately it was closed for two days in a row, but then on the third day it was open. The agency advertises this place as it comes with 2x parking spaces, but there is officially only one parking spot on site, behind the gates. We came with two families (6 people) in two cars, but we only found out upon arrival that there is only one parking spot available, and the other car would have to be parked on the street. However, thanks to the kindness and good will of the local residents we were able to park both cars behind the gates. On one morning we also heard noises from the adjacent site where construction works were taking place, but in fairness it was after 8:00, so not a big deal, but the smell of the cut steal coming into the bathroom or bedroom was a nuisance.

I will not repeat the experience again in this place

The residence was on the third floor, and this was not indicated in the apartment specifications My family and I have suffered a lot with bags, especially since my husband has a knee injury The place is very far from the lake and from services and supermarkets. If you do not have a car, you will not be able to live there The apartment does not have even a little bit of hospitality like the rest of the apartments, for example (sugar - tea - coffee sachets). The host should have had a little generosity for his guests. The price is too high for a place that is not worth staying I do not recommend staying here and will not come back again
