FLIP FLOP HOLIDAY, your family beach vacation destination, is in the upscale, gated Carillon Beach community on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, Florida. Located on Florida’s renowned Gulf Coast, boasting beautiful, clear emerald green waters & sugar white sands. Built in 2017, this 1700 sq ft home is well-maintained, professionally cleaned, and features 2 stories with 3 bedrooms/3 baths, accommodating 8 guests comfortably!
FLIP FLOP HOLIDAY is 2 miles east of Rosemary Beach & the famed 30A corridor. Carillon Beach, known as the “Village by the Sea,” is a magical community that seems to transport you back in time to when life was enjoyed at a slower, gentler pace.
Carillon Beach is family-friendly, featuring lovely tree-lined promenades & quiet streets with little traffic. A quaint community reminiscent of an old New Orleans-style neighborhood, with a charming “Cottage District,” where FLIP FLOP HOLIDAY is nestled in a tree-lined courtyard. Here you will find cobbled sidewalks & trees wrapped in lights, creating a lovely, romantic ambience at night!
This is a great place for family & friends to relax, unwind, & "DISCONNECT" from technology, the news, traffic, & the world, and "RECONNECT" with the people most important to you: FAMILY & FRIENDS.
OUR AMENITIES:
1 Beach Set Service available March 1st - October 31st. A beach set includes 2 wooden chaise lounges with cushions & an attached beach umbrella. Our beach set, available for our guests to use, represents over $325/wk savings!

Private SIDE BY SIDE PARKING for TWO vehicles (in addition to resident Golf Cart). This allows you to come & go as you wish without the hassle of shuffling cars!

Bedroom #3 (downstairs) with Queen bed, detached full bath with walk-in shower & teak shower seat. We sleep EIGHT GUESTS comfortably!
All three bedrooms come with large smart TVs. *Upgraded new, larger screens in December 2025.
All bedrooms have closets & clothes storage (dressers & under-bed drawers). We also provide luggage stands in each of the bedrooms.
All beds are made with high quality bed linens, quilt/comforter, & 4 pillows. Extra blankets are provided in each bedroom closet.
All bedrooms, & the Living Room, come equipped with Ceiling Fans. We also provide box fans & small fans for “White Noise” to lull you into restful slumber.
Fully equipped, full-size Kitchen. We provide lots of extras to include: dishwasher soap, dish soap, aluminum foil, kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen hand towels/1 dish cloth, a variety of cooking oils/basic spices, coffee, coffee filters, & food storage bags. We also have a Waffle Iron, hand-held Mixer, Crock Pot, Ice Cream Maker, Coffee Bean Grinder, Blender for frozen concoctions, & 3 Coffee Pots for your use. We are set up for full meal prep with everything you will need to prepare most meals!

Saturday check in & Saturday check out during peak spring & summer season with 7-night minimum bookings. 2-4 night minimum during fall, winter, & early spring with the exception of Christmas, Thanksgiving, & New Year’s weeks (subject to change).
*Must be 30 years old or older to rent our property.
**Immediately after you book your reservation, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider TRUVI (Formerly SuperHog.) This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests & our property with extra protection. TRUVI will contact you via email &/or text to complete the verification process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. This will cost you $35 or so, depending on the choice you make. Please be sure to complete your verification process in a timely manner to secure your booking!
***After booking, you'll receive an invitation to register your vehicle(s) with SymLiv via text & email, at approximately $35 per vehicle (plus minimal fees.) This registration fee is a community fee and is not paid to Flip Flop Holiday. Parking at Flip Flop Holiday is free for TWO guest vehicles. Please note, our property will accommodate TWO Guest vehicles max! If your party will require more than TWO guest vehicles, we are not a good fit for you.
****Children & underaged individuals are NOT allowed to drive our Golf Cart under any circumstances. The minimum age to drive our Golf Cart is 25 yrs. No unauthorized drivers are permitted to drive our Golf Cart; IF unauthorized drivers are found to be operating our Golf Cart, this represents grounds for immediate eviction.

No events or parties are allowed in our home. We are for quiet, family & friend get-togethers only.

Flip Flop Holiday is the epitome of a wonderful beach house. The location is perfect as Carillon beach resort is located very centrally to 30A and PCB. The location within the community is convenient as well. The home itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and just all around well kept. My family and I have never stayed at a better beach home and we travel through VRBO often. There are all the amenities necessary. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the owners and their home. We will be back!!! Thank you

Love staying at FlipFlop Holiday house .
Lynn and Eddie have thought of everything and their time and care show the house is so cozy and beautiful it’s just a short walk to the glorious white sand beach or any of the pools . I love driving the golf cart around the quiet village especially in the evening when everything twinkles with little white lights
I highly recommend this gem and the entire area . There are many little seaside towns to shop eat or just relax nearby ❤️

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at the Flip Flop Holiday home!! It was everything we needed!! We will definitely be coming back!! And the golf cart is a much needed plus to our stay!! Thank you Lynn for all your help and for sharing your home with us!!

Flip Flop Holiday beach house was such a great vacation home! Our family of 5 enjoyed every minute of the stay. This was our 3rd stay at Flip Flop.....and it continues to be our favorite home in Carillon Beach. The house was clean and so well organized. All the basics in a kitchen you may ever need were there, plus additional fun items like a homemade ice cream maker. Lynn is a fabulous communicator and checks in regularly. If any repair is needed, it is handled promptly. We love this house so much and will come back again and again!
