Stay Skelligs

Loved the location and our room. Our gorgeous host was very accomodating. It was about 5kms from Portmagee and very quiet. It was like home away from home. Well equipped kitchen and very comfy beds. Lovely ensuite with plenty of toiletries to select if needed.

Excellent location to travel around the Ring of Kerry

The place was lovely, clean and so peacefully quiet and comfortable! Short trip to Portmagee where loads of tours leave from to go to the Skelligs. The host was also very kind and showed us many places to go to in a map. It is perfect for a short stay and exploring around.

The only thing I did not like was that the shower drain was clogged, we arrived late from all the driving and going around and the whole thing was flooding while taking the shower so we had to keep turning it off and waiting for the water to drain. Not the type of stuff you'd want to deal with on a stay after a long day. I did not call the host as it was already late so we just dealt with the best we could.

The location is central to lots of the areas attractions but a car would be needed.

Not really able to sit out side as facing into building next door and car. There are two properties but the booking.com reviews don't make this clear.We were attached to the house.
