Hotel room was on the top floor and spacious with 2 double beds and an AC in the room. There was an attached bathroom.
Location is right opposite the Old Dutch Hospital complex that houses shops, restaurants, pubs etc.
The ladies running the place were very helpful and not only arranged a car for travel to Nuwara Eliya but also handled the online payment for the car hire as we were running short on physical cash.
A lack of a cupboard in the room with a mirror. Dim lighting in the bathroom and needed some maintenance as the tap and sink were leaking.

Location was perfect and the staff are pretty awesome and accommodating
The room was clean but has a very strong sewage smell. The aircon remote doesn’t work even if the staff replaced the batteries for us. We had to turn it off manually from the switch as the aircon points directly at the bed and we could not adjust the temperature. Blanket was thin so we didn’t have any choice but to just turn it off.
The property also lost water supply the day we were there but they fixed it in about an hour.

I liked the place and location. Nearby for everything.
The washroom in the room was not that great. I meant water was completely not coming with the same pressure and also hot water controls are weird, even if I turn off the heater, still I get hot water and also getting hot water in the faucet.
