Great location, great staff and surprised to see the cleanliness all around. We stayed for one night and can't complain of anything starting from location to the accessibility , value for money and a full 10 on 10!

Nothing, everything was pretty good.

Good location. Easy to find. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels and hot water. Air conditioner worked well.

Only one chair in a double room. No comfortable chairs. USB charging ports did not work. Very small fridge which contained two small bottles of water which according to the notice on the door would be charged for. Handwash in bathroom was empty. Breakfast was to be taken at a local cafe. This was not clear in the property details. The cafe was closed on Sundays and no alternative was offered. The kitchen contained a large fridge but this was stuffed with bed linen. There were no knives in the cultery drawer. There was no washing up liquid or sponge or drying towels for used plates etc. The price of the accommodation seemed to be discounted by 50%. This was a joke as the price we paid was normal for the area around the station. Overall a very average property masquerading as something superior. A lot of refinement is needed.

Location was excellent

The room was clear and comfortable. The location of the building matched with our travelling planes (airport transfer, train to Pompei&Vesuvius, public transport is Naples etc.).

I was in contact with owner. I have informed her about our arrival. She promised that we will get all informations one day before. We got infos via phone call when we were at the entrance of the building. We have choiced a room with breakfast. We spend 5 nights in this room but we got bf. tickets for one only.
