Friendly hosts. Room has a window for ventilation. Nice view from the window. You can see the volcanos on the right hand side. Grocery store available in front of the property. This hostel reminds me of the typical European hostel from movies lol I was impressed

Location near bus and train station. The price was ok.
This is not a real hostel. There is no reception, and due to extremely strict check-in/out hours and no luggage storage, we had to pay an extra €20 at a local facility to leave our bags. Communication was terrible, as no one answered the phone before check-in.
The place is just a flat turned into dorm rooms. There are only two bathrooms, both poorly maintained and dirty, and the men's toilet was missing a toilet seat. The bedding was also stained and dirty. Avoid if you expect basic hostel amenities and hygiene.
