Saimniece bija pieejama visu laiku, atbildēja uz visiem jautājumiem un momentāli. Patika, ka bija daudz dvieļi, tīrība, pazemes stāvvieta bija kolosāls plus, jo karstumà auto nesasila un bija ērta piekļūšana pie mājas. Bija pieejams veļas līdzeklis, kas labi noderēja, jo bijām ceturto dienu Melnkalnē. Tuvu jūrai un kafejnīcām. Lieliski.
Tuvu kaimiņu balkons. Kafijas aparāts diemžēl pievīla un brokastu kafiju nācās dzert ārpus mājas.

Zeer goede ondergrondse privé parking. Een goede ligging en bereikbaarheid van de accommodatie. Op wandelafstand van de haven, de zee, de boulevard en het centrum. Ruim voldoende handdoeken in de badkamer. De gastvrouw reageerde heel vlot en was behulpzaam.
Keuken kan met beter materiaal uitgerust zijn. Een keukenhanddoek is te weinig om de afwas gedurende vier dagen te doen. Er was geen product aanwezig om de wasmachine te gebruiken.
