Highly uncomfortable stay

Location up on the hill, difficult to reach hy with car on the narrow street. Small parking garage in the villa where cars must be relocated all the time when someone go or come in. Uncomfortable bed and smelly pillow and linens. No soap and bin in the toilet as well as very low toilet paper. No soundproof, you can hear from other rooms. And last, the host gave us other roomthan we booked and paid. Although it was bigger it was not what we preferred to sleep in one room and to have terrace with sea view.

Family of four

The owners were very pleasant. Very helpful and willing to help us with things that were missing and with information about the place. The place has a great parking spot inside the premises, in the shade and with a door that locks during the night. The residence is beautiful and well maintained.

Some things were missing that a family probably needs to have. For example a little bin in the bathroom, an electric heater for water (there was one in the cupboard for coffee but it wasn't working). The soap dispenser wasn't working properly and when we arrived there was no toilet paper, so we had to ask. Internet connection was bad and it kept disconnecting regularly. All in all, the apartment was equipped with things however they were not working properly. There was a bed side lamp but you couldn't use it because there was no plug next to it. Finally, the sheets seemed cleaned however they were multicoloured and in my opinion they shouldn't be in rental places. The road to the beach is not so long, however it's a bit tricky with all the steep uphill - downhill and going through a tunnel with a not so stable wooden trail when you have kids and stuff to carry. I understand though that the road is not something that the residence is responsible for but it needs to be mentioned for families with small kids or people with mobility issues.

One night stay experience

We stayed for one night - the owner and staff were really polite, gave advice on where to go, and they were avaliable 24/7 - it was a pleasant experience! The rooms were clean, comfy, and the location is fine - about 10 minutes on foot to the beach and walkway. We really enjoyed our stay, it was just like the pictures.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They pick us up from the airport for the reasonable price. Apartment was clean. It had a small kitchen. Beautiful exterior with small garden. Room had a sea view, it was close to the beach and store, near good restaurants. Near bus station. It is calm neighbourhood. Good wifi.

Kitchen was useful for small easy meals, but not if you would like to cook bigger.

The building is neat and good looking. Location is convenient, it's easy to get there by bus from train/bus station and the seaside is also easy to get to. Beautiful garden to chill in. Apartment is equipped with everything you need including fridge, cooking panel and some cookware.

Wi-fi twitches from time to time. It's enough for texting and browsing though.

We absolutely loved our time in Montenegro and at Villa Jupok. The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and were having a good time. The room room was perfect for our needs and in a nice quiet area of town. The hosts were great about allowing us to park our vehicle. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The location was great! With a short cut you could reach the Main road and so the beach in approx 5 minutes. It is very calm and I think the last house in the road. The owner are very very nice and helpful people. The bed was very comfortable. If sth is missing owner try immediately to help.

I had a single room facing the Wall. Surely they have other nice ones.. I had no hot Water. They fixed it but it was some how warm. The room had a kitchen but the basic things like salt, coffee etc are missing. In my Opinion if you offering Appartement with kitchen there should be these basic things as a traveller will not buy it for a couple of days.

It was so uncomfortable I went home with back pains.

The room was smaller than advertised and lacked comfort and many other basic commodities. The room allegedly had a double bed, but it was actually two disgusting old twin mattresses put together. The electric sockets were two meters above the floor and totally useless. The bathroom didn’t have a trash can and it smelled like a sewer because the drainage hasn’t been cleaned in years. The room was supposed to have a view of the sea, but when we opened the blinds all you could see was a wall from the neighboring house one meter away. There were only 4 mismatched cups 6 random plates and not enough kitchenware and only one small knife. The TV also had only two local channels. The Wi-Fi was always down or slow so you can’t even talk with someone on the phone or open a website.

First of all don’t call taxi from hotel. They try to charge you double. Couple time it happen. They call taxi which is dont have taximetr. Older host is rude. He use bad language ( serbian) think guest don’t understand him. Room wifi is soo bad. Room is old. Bed is small. Also older host dont let guests sitting and chill in garden.
