Arkadaki blok yeni yapılmış, ortak alanlar ve oda tertemiz. Bizim kaldığımız Stüdyo – Deniz Manzaralı oda hem geniş hem de oldukça temizdi. Gündüz manzarası fena olmayan küçük bir balkonu vardı. Konumu çok iyi; plaja yaklaşık 200 metre mesafede ve yürüyerek rahatça ulaşılabiliyor. Bloğun önünde yaklaşık 12 araç kapasiteli bir otopark mevcut. Tüm tesiste mesh wifi var ve oldukça hızlı.
Bloğun önünde arkalı-önlü park edilebilen, yaklaşık 12 araç kapasiteli bir otopark mevcut. Arkadaki araçlar çıkmak istediğinde çıkabilmeleri için araç anahtarları resepsiyona bırakılıyor. Resepsiyon bloğunun bahçesi ve ön tarafında da otopark alanı mevcut ancak kullanıma açık değil; muhtemelen başka kişilere kiralanmış. Araç anahtarını bırakmak pek hoşuma gitmedi.
