The location is excellent, everything we needed was close, the sea is close and it has a nice view of the city.

Firstly, we were charged 5 days before we even got there, despite checking the "pay at the property" option. It wasn't as clean as we exected for the price and most of the balcony chairs were broken.

Location is great. Beach and city center are close. Apartment looks great. Kitchen is realy handy. Beds are comfortable.

The guy who came to show me the place was super nice and kind of sorry for the host/owner's attitude. The location is central with easy access to the coast and the city centre. The apartment is spacious. Well equipped.

The host/owner was very unflexible to cancel my booking. In the end, I spent a night, though booked 2 nights. I was charged for both. They could easily cancel my reservation, it was out of season (January) and I let them know one day in advance. The cleanness was not on the highest level. The furniture was kind of outdated.

Pleasant

Apartment is very bright, since most of the walls are windows. It's also nicely located close to the city center and beach but not too far from the bus station.

There's an obligatory 15 eur fee for cleaning, which came as a surprise. The photos of the room description didn't quite match our flat, which did not have a balcony after all. Also, the Wifi is not working very well and the fridge smells very bad.

Gute Lage

Das Apartment war leider in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Bei der Ankunft war es nicht sauber, die Betten waren nicht bezogen und überall war Staub. Zudem ging die Alarmanlage ständig ohne Grund an, und der Besitzer war weder erreichbar noch konnte er uns helfen – nur ein Nachbar konnte das Problem kurzfristig lösen. Erst am nächsten Tag wurde eine Reinigungskraft geschickt. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, sowohl was die Sauberkeit als auch die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer betrifft.

Apartament z żółtą sofą jest w świetnej lokalizacji, tuż obok jest supermarket, pizzeria oraz drink bar, jest mnóstwo darmowych miejsc parkingowych, czasem trzeba uzbroić się w cierpliwość ale nie ma z parkowaniem problemów. Spacerkiem można dojść do głównych atrakcji Bar-u więc użytkownie auta można ograniczyć do minimum co jest ogromnym plusem. Lokal jest klimatyzowany i położony na pierwszym piętrze.

Niestety apartament z żółtą sofą jest już zużyty i nadaję sie do remontu. Na zdjęciach apartament wygląda całkiem dobrze ale rzeczywistość już nie przystaje do tych zdjęć. Patelnie, garnki oraz większość sztućców sa tak zużyte i brudne że nadają się już tylko do kosza. Podczas włączania jednego palnika w piekarniku dosłownie wybija prąd, sofa jest strasznie brudna a po rozłożeniu biegały w niej robaki. Żaluzje w salonie są zniszczone i w nocy jest jak w dzien. Panele podłogowe potrafią sie same przesuwac. W łazience jest zgnita szafka pod umywalka do ktorej ktoś podstawil garnek do którego lała sie woda, z sufitu w łazience dosłownie co jakiś czas kapało, pod prysznicem kamień i grzyb. W sypialni jest zużyty materac a kołdry i poduszki sa tak zużyte ze wręcz obrzydliwe. Gdzieś po ścianach biegają robale, itd. Niestety mieszkanie jest bardzo nieprzyjemne.

Schade um das Geld!

Warscheinlich haben wir die Ausweichwohnung bekommen. Zwei Fotos dieser Wohnung waren in der Übsicht zusehen diese war natürlich gut in Szene gesetzt. Geworben wird mit einer Veranda bekommen haben wir eine kleine Loggia auf der man grade so sitzen konnte. Das "Bett" war allenfalls ein Gästebett für ungeliebte Gäste, dieses musste dann alleine bezogen werden. Matratze sehr dünn und durchgelegen, Kopfkissen fleckig. Klopapier war nicht ausreichend vorhanden, WC wackelig, Schamhaare auf der WC-Brille und hinter dem WC. Tür von innen nur sehr schwer verschließbar. Man sagte uns das man sich nächsten Tag darum kümmern würde, passiert ist nichts. Kurtaxe muss man alleine bezahlen gehen. Sind dann nach zwei Tagen abgereist.
