Villa Marlon - Sleek & Sophisticated 3 BR Villa in Seminyak

clean, helpful staff, amazing pool and gardens, lovely entrance to villa with bridge and fish in it.Loved the open family/kitchen areas.Only around 10 minute walk to the main streets.

sliding glass doors in bedrooms kept opening when not locked. little confusing for taxis to get too as it’s fairly new and another Villa with similar name close by but minor issue.

beautiful villa and massive pool. lovely environment

more toilet paper

The villa is stunning, it takes your breath away from the moment you walk in. Everything is clean and tidy, and the pool is at a perfect temperature. Someone came to clean the villa every day, and when we chose to have breakfast it was cooked to perfection, with lots of choices available.

Like a lot of villas in Bali it is a bit of a walk to the areas with bars and restaurants. The closest was a 5 minute walk, but the main area behind is a 20 minute walk (even though it looks on Google maps like you can cut through you can't), just keep this in mind as in the heat it can feel a lot further.

The villa is just like the pics, spacious, quiet, well furnished. It has such a WOW factor when you first walk in and the indoor/outdoor design with the pool is so good. staff were all very friendly, and very helpful. The location is a little out of the way, but quiet and an easy walk to seminyak beach and some shops, or a cheap cab ride. Linen and towels were so fresh and clean and towels changed daily.

The villa and the pool need a bit of TLC - maintenance and a deep clean - this is mainly due to the weather and the style of villa and seems pretty standard for Bali. Bathrooms and pool were a little mouldy with calcium build up. Decking was uneven and rotting in some parts, air con filters needed a clean. You need to wear mozzie repelant at all times and get yourself some coils. We still really enjoyed our stay but if you're picky it may not suit you.
