Luxury 5BR Villa with Private Pool & Rooftop Lounge

We loved the villa!! We had so much fun with all the amenities the villa has, we were always playing and enjoying with our kids. The staff was so polite and nice, they were always very helpful with everything that we needed and it was my wife's birthday and they even got us a birthday cake and balloons as a surprise gift from the villa!! It was a very nice gesture! It made our day. If you're coming to Bali I definitely recommend this villa! You won't regret it.

Facilities such as pool, billiard table, big dining area and table, table tennis and master suite all great. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Very run down, has the potential to be great. Kitchen sink kept blocking, broken tile coming in front door, no tile capping surrounding pool …my granddaughter sliced her foot open the first afternoon. Pool needed better chemicals/cleaning as steps kept going green. Larges tiles around pool / under verandah extremely dangerous as they were super slippery when wet. Need huge rugs or alternative flooring. Stairs to upstairs showing signs of rot and very rickety. Laserlite on upstairs roof kept lifting up in the wind. Showers were very grotty and water coming out of them smelt. Shower roses had most jets/holes blocked. Bin in our bathroom was rusty. Sink in our bathroom had all silicone in it. We were disappointed on arrival to find no tea/coffee/sugar/milk provided as a starter which other villas we have stayed in provide. We felt it was false advertising as the villa promo showed a pizza oven and also a spa upstairs but neither were there. The white bathroom towels need replacing….look old and yellow.
