Top for a family of 5!
It was absolutely perfect! We had a really big family suite - 2 bedrooms, huge living room and a big kitchen. - kitchen fully equipped - heating (we were in April) - blinds on the windows - fantastic view - very quiet place - walking distance to the lake
- Well, it's old style, but perfectly clean - beds are a little bit tired (quite noisy)

Zeer ruim appartement rustig gelegen en op wandelafstand van de Konigsee. Alles was aanwezig, mooie tuin ook.
Appartement aan wat renovatie toe. Zeer oncomfortabele, krakende bedden, sanitair ook verouderd.

Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern!
Große, helle Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz für eine große oder zwei kleine Familien (wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder). FeWo-typische Ausstattung rustikal aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Alles super sauber! Fußbodenheizung, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, Gastgeberin total nett und hilfsbereit. Und natürlich die einmalige Lage direkt am Grünstein. Spielplatz ca 200m entfernt, super für die Kids. Zu Fuß oder mit Auto/Öffis nur wenige Minuten zum Einkaufen, zum Königssee oder zum Jenner. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Urlaub in der Fewo sicher nicht möglich
Die Inhaberin war sehr freundlich.
Das ganze Haus ist mächtig runtergerockt, alles ist super alt und muffig. Die Handtücher und das Bettzeug roch nach einem penetranten Weichspüler. Am aller schlimmsten sind die Betten, nach einer Nacht und einem gebrochenen Lattenrost haben wir unsren Urlaub hier abgebrochen. Geld gab es nur zum Teil zurück, insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Performance. Wir waren als Familie hier 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kids und das ganz sicher zum letzten Mal. Sehr schade aber für uns ganz klar eine Mega Enttäuschung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir würden jederzeit gern wieder dort hin fahren.
Vermieter waren sehr nett und auch sehr freundlich.Es hat uns dort an nichts gefehlt.
Die Betten Quietschten ein wenig.

Die Lage war gut.
Die Ferienwohnung war mit uralten , und teilweise kaputten Möbeln eingerichtet. Im Schlafzimmer hat das Licht nicht funktioniert, die Betten waren sehr unbequem. Die Wende sind hellhörig, man hat dort keine Erholung
