Fantastic

Apartment was very clean and well planned with a great deal of thought. Tourist card given for free Train and Bus rides in local area. Salzburg in 30 Mins on free bus.

The location was perfect for us, close to everything but off of the main road and not stacked on top of other holiday apartments. Parking was always available. The view was glorious and the flats were very very comfortable! We would love to return in summer, but as a winter destination it was perfect.

The only negative was that the kitchen in the larger of the two apartments we hired was very very small. Since we were a bigger family (4+2) we gathered together in the larger apartment for meals. It would be fine for just 4.

The flat was really clean. You can park your car right in front of the flat. You will find all you need in the flat and the shops are really closeby as well. I really appreciate also the balcony with sun in the afternoon and a nice view on the mountains

Sommerurlaub 2025

Haus Salzgau hatte die perfekte Lage für uns, unmittelbar vor der Haustür liegt der Königseer Fußweg, der Ausgangspunkt für einige Wanderungen. In 15-20 Minuten ist man gemütlich im Zentrum von Berchtesgaden (zu Fuß). Wir hatten Wohnung Nr.1, die Wohnung selbst war für uns perfekt, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, genügend Möglichkeiten um seine Sachen aufzuhängen (was oft Mangelware ist in Ferienwohnungen). Der Blick vom Balkon geht direkt auf den Watzmann.😍 Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nette, offene und hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal hier buchen.

Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln außer den vielen Regen, aber dafür können die Vermieter ja nichts. 🫶

Ein schöner Urlaub beginnt mit der richtigen Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und bietet genügend Platz für 3 bis 4 Personen. Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Sowohl Königssee als auch Berchtesgaden sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, es gibt schöne Wanderwege in der näheren Umgebung und wer den Bus nehmen möchte findet die nächste Haltestelle ca 5 Minuten entfernt. Highlight ist der Watzmann Ausblick vom Balkon, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Buchungsablauf, Gästekarte und Schlüsselübergabe sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer wunderschönen Lage!

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt sondern übertroffen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche verfügt über gute Töpfer, Pfannen und weitere Kochutensilien. Die Kommunikation mit der Familie Brandner hat über Booking sehr gut funktioniert und dank dem Schlüsselsafe konnten wir am Tag unserer Anreise flexibel und selbstständig in die Wohnung gelangen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist unschlagbar. Sie ist kurz hinter dem Ortseingang von Schönau an einer kaum befahrenen Nebenstraße gelegen. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig, jedoch ist man in wenigen Minuten sowohl in Berchtesgaden als auch in Schönau bzw. am Königssee. Eine Fleischerei sowie ein Edeka und eine sehr gute Bäckerei sind in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bzw. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit Tisch und Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem unfassbar schönen Blick auf dem Watzmann.

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
