When you love hiking and the solitude, this is an ideal place to stay and to come at rest.
Nice place for two people loving to walk. Grand view over the valley and opposite mountains. Lovely to find such silence and in the daytime some animals at the farm, getting our attention. Good starting point for different and magnificent walks.
At night one could only go down the road and up again. No little tour possible.

Urlaub mit traumhaften Panorama
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage der Unterkunft. Traumhaft schön wohnt man über dem Berchtesgadener Tal.

Erholsamer Wanderurlaub, ermöglicht durch die schöne Wohnung des Malerlehen.
Die Wohnung war größer als erwartet. Morgens hatte man über den Balkon eine tolle Aussicht auf das nebelverhangene Schönau. Das Haus lag direkt am Waldrand in sehr schöner Lage.
Direkt unter dem Balkon unserer Wohnung wurde ständig geraucht, dadurch war der eigene Balkon kaum nutzbar und das Fenster konnte abends/morgens nicht zum Lüften geöffnet werden.
