Great view of beach, big balcony, corner unit. Sound of the ocean during the day and at night. Wonderful beach and relatively low traffic. Clean unit. Furniture and details a bit dated.

A great ocean front property with amazing sunset views!

Immediate impression was it was a nice size and layout for our family of four, and the view was incredible. Could not be any closer to the beach. Really enjoyed the outdoor amenities - pool, hot tub and bbq area. Having laundry was also wonderful.
As the week went on we discovered the place was not as clean as we hoped. Found some bugs in the kitchen, cobwebs under furniture and the carpeted spaces (indoors and out) could really afford to be replaced.
One of the living room tables has a glass top that is not secured to the base. Unfortunately it tipped off and landed on our 4 year old’s foot, breaking his toe which derailed our trip. This is very much as hazard, especially when renting to young families.
We would return to Sugar Beach but would look for a more well-kept unit.
