Nani Kai Hale #602 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath top floor condo ideal for family getaways. The living room is air conditioned. The master suite has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Tile flooring is throughout. Guests enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from their lanai, as well as sweeping views of the West Maui mountains.
The full kitchen has everything guests need to prepare meals. Grill fresh island fish on at our ocean view BBQ deck, which is located just steps from the oceanside pool.

Met our expections; nice place to vacation. Glad that the A/C worked well, as the traffic noise from S Kihei Road precluded open windows for cooling.
Will recommend for friends.

Beach was pristine - beautiful swimming and you can walk for miles along the clean shoreline. Family friendly - waves more gentle than most other beaches and there are beach chairs and a barbecue and dining area where you can take full advantage of seaside dining and sunset watching. Cons: unit backs onto a busy road - bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper like me; master bed mattress should be replaced (dips on one side); ensuite is not in master bedroom; bedrooms hot at night as unit AC is in main living area; hosts quite frugal with toilet paper and some supplies. Lights strived a bit on fans due to cheaper electronic dimmer switches. Overall had a nice visit but a few disappointments.
