Oase zum Wohlfühlen in einer eher trostlosen Nebenstraße außerhalb vom Zentrum. Allerdings muss der Gast ein Freund extrem dunkler Inneneinrichtungen sein und es mögen, durch Gitterstäbe auf die Straße zu schauen - oder besser die beiden kleinen Fenster geschlossen zu lassen. Andere Lichtquellen von außen gibt es allerdings nicht. Das Appartement ist komplett ausgestattet. An jedes Detail wurde bei der Innenausstattung akribisch gedacht. Die technischen Geräte in der Küche und insbesondere die Heizung/Klimaanlage funktionierten einwandfrei. In einer Broschüre wird zudem alles noch einmal genau beschrieben. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Matratze nicht zu weich. Die Lage des Appartements ist insofern günstig, da der Gast in wenigen Minuten die Metrostation Usera (mit Aufzug), und damit auch die Ringlinie 6, erreichen kann. Eine Filiale der Lebensmittelkette Ahorra Más befindet sich direkt "um die Ecke". Durch die Gitter vor dem Eingangsbereich des Appartements fühlt sich der Gast auch nachts sicher. Sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter (Justine).

Die bewegkiche Duschwand ist nicht 100% dicht. Keine Beleuchtung im "Kleiderschrank". Es fehlt ein Hinweis, wo sich der Schalter zur Beleuchtung der Küche befindet.

The design is unique and very clever use of space. It is very well equipped and beautifully maintained. It is quiet despite being in the city, and in a area characterised by Chinese restaurants, people and businesses. The Metro is nearby and is an excellent system. Communications with the owner are exceptional. We are repeat visitors.

It would really be nit-picking to dislike something.

From the railings outside the property to the light switches everything felt quality. In a limited space great imagination created an exciting and comfortable environment with every facility that was required for a comfortable and different stay. the metro was near and the links provided easy access to the city. The local China town has some excellent restaurants with food prepared as it would be in regions of China for Chinese.
