Each bedroom provides a cozy retreat with comfortable beds and smart TVs. The lower floor is the ultimate fun zone, featuring a full-sized pool table and a private deck with a hot tub.

Spend your days exploring the scenic trails of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park or relish in the lively atmosphere of downtown Gatlinburg. Moreover, we are conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the family-friendly Pigeon Forge and the renowned Dollywood theme park, offering a plethora of entertainment options for all ages.
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire cabin, encompassing all rooms, the game room, outdoor decks, and the private hot tub. For starters Jeff is hands down a stand up guy and man of his word. Communication was A1 and never missed a beat or hesitated to keep me informed as it got closer to check in. He is definitely a great host and gave my family and I a reason to keep coming back. The place itself felt like home soon as you walk through the doors and everything is as described. Beds are comfortable and everything works as it should with no complaints. My family and I look foward to coming back in May and definitely looked foward to seeing some of the changes and updates. Thank you Jeff again. You really do have a nice property

This is a great little cabin. It's definitely older but was comfortable for our family with kids. The host was super responsive with the couple minor issues we had. Access to the community pool was nice. Bears walked through the yard every day and even onto the porch so be aware if you're outside. My only complaints would be that there is no dish soap provided and some indoor spaces could use better lighting. Overall was a good value for us.

The location was great, up in the mountains and we saw bears several times. The cabin was okay, but could use some TLC. Basement door appeared to have a leak, carpet in front of it was wet and basement had a musty smell. Smoke detectors were beeping from low batteries when we got there. Top shelf on dishwasher came off track and stair railing came loose on one of the kids. Cabin wasn't stocked with supplies, we had to purchase paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, dust pan, kleenex and only 2 dishwasher pods for the week. Hand towel rack and toilet paper racks both fell off. Carpet was torn in bedroom. Mattresses were in need of replacement, both had dips in center. Could be a nice cabin with a little work.
