The calligraphy , the outside scenery , the proximity to the calligraphy studios.
The cleanliness .
The water sparing !
Not easy to wash yourself having to push continually the handle to get some more water.
The breakfast (I’m vegetarian )
Not very tasty.

Great location, clean with excellent facilities. Beer on tap available in lobby. Staff helpful, community kitchen has everything you need including fresh bean coffee. Second floor outdoor deck a lovely place to sit for a morning coffee or afternoon drink. Room large for Japan.
It is in the centre of the busiest tourist area. Between 10 am and 5pm it’s wall to wall tourists. Saturday and Sunday busiest times. Paper window coverings , very light from early morning. Temple bell rings 6am, so not good for those who like to sleep late.

洗面の水道の水圧がかなり低かったです。

駅近、公園近
部屋の洗面台はお湯が出ない（トイレの手洗い用）
顔を洗うにはシャワーを浴びないとお湯で洗えない。
浴場用のカードの磁気が働かなく、寒いのにフロントに行かなければならなかった。
部屋の使い勝手が良くない。
